I have spent my summer in search of interesting stories, bohemian characters, adventure, novelty, and have found all. Documented the International Juggler’s Convention down in the dirty dirty south; stayed in redneck Maine where I met a former KKK member, a moose, a few guns and lots of beer cans; Combed the beaches of the Far Rockaways to encounter a Ukrainian tourist in a speedo, a Nigerian refugee, lots of teenagers, the list goes on.
